To ensure your costume arrives by October 31st, we recommend placing orders with Standard Shipping by October 15th. For last-minute shoppers, we offer Express and Overnight shipping options available until October 27th.
What is your return policy for seasonal items?
We accept returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items such as wigs, makeup, and hosiery cannot be returned once opened.
Are the accessories shown in the photos included with the costume?
Each product description includes a 'What's Included' section. While many of our sets are comprehensive, items like boots, toy weapons, and petticoats are often sold separately to allow for customization.
